Due to the nature of digital and managed services, all fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts or work has begun.
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. The site and domain usage under this plan remain active until the end of the current paid period.
Required Notice: To avoid renewal charges, submit your cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing date via email.
When the subscription ends, the website goes offline. Upon request within 30 days, we can provide a courtesy export of your provided content only (text/images you supplied). We do not provide our templates, code, configuration, or platform assets.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, service access will be suspended immediately while we dispute the chargeback.
